1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged mechanical watches within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be in its original condition with all tags, protective films, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalised orders, and items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@popandcrown.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a tracked, insured service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a watch for a different model or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest resolution and protects against stock availability changes.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Manufacturing defects covered under our limited warranty should be reported to hello@popandcrown.shop for assessment and repair.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or documentation
- Custom, engraved, or personalised watches
- Gift cards or store credit
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary by institution. If you still have not received it, email us at hello@popandcrown.shop.
